*** RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ***

• All reservations and reservation confirmations are made in writing by email;
• By placing a reservation, you agree with the terms and conditions stated on this website;
  • It is important to place early reservations for future production models because most importers today produce models in quantities limited to the number of reservation orders received.
  • In the past, models were produced in greater quantities to allow for extra stock, but this is less likely to happen today.
  • A deposit may be required to secure a firm reservation in cases of large orders or when production or delivery of the models has begun. I will let you know if a depost is required prior to confirming your reservation order.
    • It is important for you to pay for your models when you receive the pickup notice. This is the essence of the reservation contract.
    • Models are produced based upon the number of reservation orders. If you fail to pay and/or cancel your order, excess models are produced which may not be readily marketable by the dealer and/or importer, causing the dealer and/or importer additional costs for financing, shipping, storing amnd marketing the models you ordered.
    • If you cancel your order after the pickup notice is sent, you will forfeight your deposit in full.
    • If you cancel your order after it is paid in full, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • If you cancel your reservation order after the models go into production, you will forfeight your deposit in full.
    • If you cancel your reservation order before the models go into production, you will be charged 20% of your deposit as a processing fee.
