Please follow the Rules and Guidelines below. Some changes have been made from prior promotions.
- 1. I will only consider offers by e-mail. Please do not telephone or FAX.
- 2. Please make reasonable offers. The most common offer rejected is below dealer cost for a new model. There is also not much room for further price reduction for models listed with reduced sale prices.
- 3. You must include your name and shipping address with your offer. I will not consider anonymous offers.
- 4. I will reply with acceptance or rejection to all offers that follow these rules.
- 5. Make offers on as many models as you are prepared to purchase immediately. You will be obligated to purchase any and all models which I agree to sell at your price + shipping & handling.
- 6. Only one offer allowed per model per customer during any one promotion period. If I reject your offer, no further offers will be considered from you for that model during the current promotion period. You may submit other offers on other models and you may submit an offer on the same model during any future promotion periods.
- 7. No "all or nothing" offers on multiple models. If you make multiple offers, I may accept some and reject some.
- 8. Please make offers only on individual models or model sets. No "package deal" offers on multiple models.
- 9. No layaway. Payment must be received by me within 5 days after I agree to accept your price. My usual shipping charges apply. No C.O.D. delivery.
- 10. I usually accept payment by check, money order, credit card or PAYPAL. I reserve the right to accept any offer on condition payment is made using a specific payment method.
- 11. Only models offered in the "in stock" listings with a regular price of $149.00 or more are eligible for this promotion. No models announced for future delivery are eligible for this promotion.
- 12. I only have one of most of the models listed, so all models listed are subject to prior sale.
